HR Business Partners

Yes, We are looking for Business Partners / Leadership Team (Probably will play a role of CXO), this will be very good opportunity for senior HR Professional to try Entrepreneurship, we are core technology professional has made the system ready to start the game.

So, here is what we are looking for ...!

Person should have around 10 years of experience in corporate HR practices.
Prefer someone with MBA in HR from good institute.(Not Necessary)
Very good understanding of HR Business Trends.
Reasonable of knowledge of Leadership Teams from across the industry.
Responsible to develop and implement better people management practices.
Builds a strong business relationship with the external client.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side.
Actively identifies gaps in proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
Must be a team player, should believe in "We" not "I" !
Should be eager to learn and grow in any situation!
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, understanding of Labor Law is good to have
